The Lyon line was developed further to enhance your recipes with the function of an oven. Made of forged aluminum with interior and exterior Starflon T5 non-stick coating, it is more durable, and more non-stick and its thickness provides better cooking and more significant savings in preparing dishes. The lid handle is made of stainless steel, which gives the line a special touch. It can be used on gas, electric, glass ceramic (electric resistance) and induction stoves and can be washed in the dishwasher.
